MSCT在老年胃肠道间质瘤诊断及危险度评估中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在老年胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)诊断及危险度评估中的应用价值。方法:选取我院117例老年疑似GIST患者(2020年1月至2022年1月),均接受常规CT及MSCT检查,以手术病理结果为金标准。分析常规CT及MSCT对GIST的诊断效能及在GIST危险度评估中的应用价值。结果:本研究117例疑似老年GIST患者,手术病理确诊为GIST患者108例,采用常规CT检出GIST患者90例,MSCT检出GIST患者107例;MSCT诊断敏感度、准确度高于常规CT(P<0.05);不同危险度GIST在瘤体直径、位置、脂肪间隙、形态、密度、强化方式间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT可准确诊断老年GIST,且通过观察GIST瘤体直径、位置、脂肪间隙、形态、密度、强化方式可对GIST危险度进行分级判断,为治疗方案制定及预后评价提供重要依据。Objective:To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis and risk assessment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)in the elderly.Methods:A total of 117 elderly suspected GIST patients in our hospital(From January 2020 to January 2022)were selected and received conventional CT and MSCT examination,with surgical pathological results as the gold standard.To analyze the diagnostic efficacy and application value of conventional CT and MSCT in GIST risk assessment.Results:In this study,117 suspected aged GIST patients were diagnosed as GIST by surgical pathology in 108 cases,90 cases were detected by conventional CT and 107 cases were detected by MSCT.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT were higher than conventional CT(P<0.05).GIST with different risk had significant differences in tumor diameter,location,fat space,morphology,density and enhancement mode(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT can accurately diagnose elderly GIST,and the risk of GIST can be graded by observing the diameter,location,fat space,shape,density and enhancement mode of GIST,which provides an important basis for treatment plan development and prognosis evaluation.
