To screen chlortetracycline degradation bacteria and establish the composting pre-fermentation process of chlortetracycline extracted residue, strains resistant and degrading to chlortetracycline were screened by liquid culture method, the effects of temperature,pH,wheat bran, inoculation quantity and time on the degradation of chlortetracycline extracted residue by mixed strain fermentation were investigated, and the solid-state fermentation process was established gradually and validated in a 20 L fermentor. The results showed that Bacillus natto and Aspergillus niger were resistant to chlortetracycline and could degrade chlortetracycline to different degrees. The mixed strains were inoculated to ferment the residue waste containing 1 mg·g^(-1) of chlortetracycline with 10%wheat bran and pH 7 in a 20 L fermenter. After 7 days fermentation under the condition of 37℃,the degradation rate of chlortetracycline was over 99%,which achieved harmless effect and the material was dry and loose, with less odor.It provides a scientific basis for the utilization of aureomycin residue waste by continuing decompose and mature as a resource.
