摘  要:肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)作为肿瘤微环境的重要组分,抑制抗肿瘤免疫反应,并且通过多种机制在免疫耐药中发挥关键作用,包括调节免疫细胞活性,重塑细胞外基质以及产生代谢产物等。本文重点介绍了CAFs的异质性以及介导肿瘤免疫治疗耐药的相关机制,并总结了CAFs在肿瘤疗效预测和预后判断中的应用价值,为提高肿瘤治疗的疗效提供新的思路。As an important component of tumor microenvironment,cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)inhibit anti-tumor immune responses and play a key role in immunotherapy drug resistance through a variety of mechanisms,including regulating the activity of immune cells,reshaping extracellular matrix and producing metabolites.This article focuses on the heterogeneity of CAFs and the related mechanisms that mediate the resistance to cancer immunotherapy,and summarizes the application value of CAFs in the prediction of tumor efficacy and prognosis,so as to provide new ideas for improving the efficacy of tumor therapy.
