摘 要:采用质性个案研究法,从活动理论视角探究大学英语教师在国内访学期间的科研发展及影响因素。研究发现:科研行为方面,个案教师分别通过科研吸纳与科研产出持续互动和互动-反思-实践相融合的模式实现科研发展;科研态度方面,个案教师对科研由惧到爱,逐渐建构“教师发展研究者”的学术身份;科研心智方面,个案教师的科研认知和科研思维得到发展。影响大学英语教师科研发展的因素包括个人能动性、科研情感、科研环境、学术共同体等。Adopting activity theory as framework,this qualitative case study explores the research development ofcollege English teachers in a domestic visiting study program in China and the contributing factors.The findings reveal that the teachers achieved behavioral develop-ment through the constant interaction between research absorption and output,integration of interaction,reflection and practice.As for attitu-dinal development,one teacher’s attitude toward research changed from fear to love while the other gradually constructed his academic iden-tity of“teacherdevelopment researcher”.In terms of intellectual development,both teachers’research cognition and research thinking were further developed.Factors such as agency,emotions,academic environment and academic community contribute to the research development of college English teachers.
