摘  要:目的对比不同种类粘接剂粘接树脂嵌体的效果,为临床选择理想的粘接剂提供理论参考。方法选择40颗离体磨牙按照要求制备嵌体洞型,并制作树脂嵌体。将制备好的离体牙按粘接剂种类不同随机分成四组,每组10颗:A组(普通玻璃离子水门汀)、B组(树脂玻璃离子水门汀)、C组(全酸蚀树脂水门汀)、D组(自酸蚀树脂水门汀),按组别粘接嵌体,经冷热循环,染料染色,切割,磨片等处理,在体视显微镜下观察嵌体染色情况,电子显微镜下观察嵌体粘接情况。结果体视显微镜下树脂嵌体微渗漏程度对比是A组>B组>C、D组(P<0.05),C、D组间未见明显异常(P>0.05);电镜下四种粘接剂与牙体间裂隙宽度对比是B组>C、D组(P<0.05),C、D组间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论树脂嵌体粘接时使用树脂水门汀较为理想,树脂玻璃离子水门汀次之,普通玻璃离子水门汀效果最差。Objective To compare the effects of different types of adhesives on resin inlays,and to provide theoretical reference for clinical selection of ideal adhesives.Methods According to the requirement of inlay cavity,40 extracted molar were prepared and randomly divided into four groups according to different adhesives.Groups were divided into group A(ordinary glass ionomer cement),group B(resin reinforced glass ionomer),group C(resin cement)and group D(resin cement),with 10 molar in each group.Resin inlays were fabricated and luted with those adhesives.After bonding,all specimens were immersed in water for thermo-cycling test for 500 times.After dying for 24 hours,each specimens were cut longitudinally along the long axis.With the help of stereomicroscope and electron microscope,the microleakage and gap width of each specimens were observed and measured.The data were analyzed statistically.Results The microleakage of group A>group B>group C and group D(P<0.05).There are no significant difference between the group C and group D(P>0.05);the gap width of group B>group C and group D(P<0.05).There are no significant difference between the group C and group D(P>0.05).Conclusion It is relatively ideal to use resin cement when bonding resin inlays.The resin reinforced glass ionomer cement can be used as appropriate,and it is not recommended to use ordinary glass ionomer cement.
