气管源性囊肿破坏甲状软骨侵入气道1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的 探讨气管源性囊肿的临床表现、诊断思维、治疗方法及预后,以减少误诊误治。方法 回顾性分析1例罕见气管源性囊肿患者的临床资料并复习相关文献进行总结。结果 气管源性囊肿临床表现缺乏特异性,常规间接喉镜检查容易造成误诊漏诊,电子喉镜及影像学检查能提高该病的确诊率。囊肿减压后开放性手术切除为气管源性囊肿有效治疗方法,术后病理活检对病变确诊及预后评估。结论 气管源性囊肿临床及影像表现无特异性,因而详细病史采集、全身系统检查、病理活检等有效手段对于早期诊断疾病非常重要。Objective To reduce misdiagnosis and erroneous treatment of tracheal cysts by investigating their clinical manifestations,diagnostic criteria,treatment,and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of a patient with a tracheal cyst was retrospectively analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed.Results The clinical manifestations of tracheal cysts lack specificity,and routine indirect laryngoscopy has been known to cause mistaken or delayed diagnoses.Electronic laryngoscopy and imaging examinations can improve diagnosis rates.Tracheal cysts can be treated effectively with decompression surgery,and pathological biopsies can be helpful for diagnosis and prognosis assessment.Conclusion Tracheal cyst of characteristic clinical and imaging manifestation.Medical history,systemic examinations,and pathological biopsies are very important for diagnosis and treatment of tracheal cysts.
