摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课人际环境是高校思想政治理论课顺利开展的重要因素。它以高校思想政治理论课教育教学活动为中心体,通过独特作用机理对高校思想政治理论课教育教学活动产生影响。对高校思想政治理论课人际环境进行优化,是充分发挥环境育人功能,增强高校思想政治理论课实效性的必然要求,必须以习近平总书记关于思想政治教育重要论述为指导,准确把握优化高校思政课人际环境的路径方法,为高校思想政治理论课教育教学活动顺利进行提供保障。The interpersonal environment in ideological and political theory courses in universities is an important factor for the successful implementation of these courses.It revolves around the educational and teaching activities of ideological and political theory courses and exerts a unique influence on them through its mechanism.Optimizing the interpersonal environment in ideological and political theory courses is an essential requirement for fully leveraging the educational function of the environment and enhancing the effectiveness of these courses.It must be guided by important discourses on ideological and political education and accurately grasp the path and methods of optimizing the interpersonal environment in ideological and political theory courses in universities,so as to provide guarantees for the implementation of educational and teaching activities in these courses.
