摘 要:元宇宙时代的到来及扩展现实、区块链和DAO等技术的应用,为组织员工激励带来新的契机与可能。基于这一背景的研究发现,虚拟身份认同、虚拟社群参与和虚拟世界构建是赋能组织员工激励的理论与现实依据,其传导逻辑在于通过赋能员工的归属需要、尊重需要和自我实现需从而形成虚实交互。具体地讲,组织应重点从促进虚拟身份的员工合作、构建虚拟社群DAO组织管理模式,以及为员工打通虚拟世界职业发展通道等方面,来赋能员工激励。研究结论为赋能组织员工激励提供了新的视角与思路。The coming of the Metaverse era and the application of technologies such as Extended Reality,Blockchain,and DAO have brought new opportunities and possibilities for employee motivation in organizations.Based on this background,the research found that virtual identity identification,virtual community participation,and virtual world construction are the theoretical and practical basis for employee motivation in empowering organizations,which conduction logic lies in empowering employees'belonging needs,esteem needs and self-actualization needs so that forming a virtual-real interaction.Specifically,Organizations should empowering employee motivation which focus on promoting employee cooperation with virtual identities,building a virtual community DAO organizational management model,and opening up career development channel in the virtual world for employees.the conclusions of the study provide a new perspective and idea for employee motivation in empowering organizations.
