立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤的效果。方法选取2021年1月~2021年4月我院102例脑胶质瘤患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组(n=51)与研究组(n=51),予以对照组患者常规开颅手术治疗,予以研究组患者立体定向微创手术治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、神经肽、免疫细胞、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果研究组患者总有效率96.08%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异显著(P<0.05)。手术6个月后,研究组患者β-EP、AVP、Th1、Th17高于对照组,Th2低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。手术6个月后,研究组患者ADL高于对照组,NIHSS低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。随访12个月后,研究组患者生存率高于对照组,复发率、转移率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤能够提升临床疗效,促进神经功能、免疫功能恢复,改善日常生活能力,同时可有效降低复发率、转移率,提高生存率,具有推广使用价值。Objective To explore the effect of stereotactic Minimally invasive procedure for glioma.Methods 102 patients with glioblastoma in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected for the study,Randomized number table was used to divide 51 patients into the reference group and the study group,each of which was treated with routine Craniotomy in the reference group and stereotactic Minimally invasive procedure in the study group The clinical efficacy,Neuropeptide,immune cells,ability of daily living(ADL)score and NIHSS score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 96.08%,higher than 80.39%in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 months of surgery,patients in the study groupβ-EP,AVP,Th1,Th17 were higher than the reference group,while Th2 was lower than the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of surgery,the ADL of the study group patients was higher than that of the reference group,and the NIHSS was lower than that of the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the survival rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,while the recurrence rate and metastasis rate were lower than those in the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic Minimally invasive procedure for glioma can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the recovery of neural function and immune function,improve the ability of daily living,reduce the recurrence rate and metastasis rate,which is superior to conventional Craniotomy,and has the value of popularization.
