摘　　要：目的探讨负性生活事件对大学生内化问题的影响以及自主性支持和公正世界信念的作用。方法在大学生经历负性生活事件期间,采用症状自评量表中的抑郁、焦虑、躯体化和敌对分量表、公正世界信念量表和自主性支持量表对526名大学生进行测查;采用SPSS 26.0进行差异检验和多重回归分析。结果①本科生相比研究生有更严重的内化问题(抑郁:t=2.03,P<0.05;焦虑:t=2.34,P<0.05;躯体化:t=2.20,P<0.05);负性生活事件越严重,焦虑(t=2.21,P<0.05)和敌对(t=2.18,P<0.05)情绪反而越轻;②公正世界信念(β=-0.22,P<0.001)和自主性支持(β=-0.33,P<0.01)负向预测内化问题;而自主性支持与负性生活事件经历时间的交互作用正向预测内化问题(β=0.31,P<0.01),在经历短时负性生活事件时,自主性支持负向预测内化问题(t=-2.40,P<0.05)。结论公正世界信念和自主性支持是大学生内化问题的保护性因素,且负性生活事件经历时长在自主性支持和内化问题的关系中起调节作用。Objective To explore the effects of negative life events on the internalization problem of universities students,as well as the role of autonomy support and belief in a just world.Methods During the experience of negative life events,the subscales of SCL-90 including depression,anxiety,somatization,and hostility,belief in a just world scale,and autonomy support were used to assess 526 universities students,tests of variance and multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS 26.0.Results①Undergraduate students had more severe internalization problems compared to postgraduate students(depression:t=2.03,P<0.05;anxiety:t=2.34,P<0.05;somatization:t=2.20,P<0.05);the higher the degree of negative life events,the lighter anxiety(t=2.21,P<0.05)and hostility(t=2.18,P<0.05)emotions were instead;②Belief in a just world(β=-0.22,P<0.001)and autonomy support(β=-0.33,P<0.01)negatively predicted students'internalization problems;the interaction effect of autonomy support and negative life event duration positively predict students’internalization problems(β=0.31,P<0.01).Autonomy support negatively predicted internalization problems in the short time negative life event condition(t=-2.40,P<0.05).Conclusion Belief in a just world and autonomy support are protective factors for internalization problems of universities students,and negative life event duration moderates the relation between autonomy support and internalization problems.
