摘　　要：文章分析元宇宙赋能下学术虚拟社区知识共享特征与流转机理,以学术虚拟社区知识共享行为为研究对象,结合S-O-R理论构建元宇宙赋能下学术虚拟社区知识共享行为驱动因素假设模型,并进行实证分析,明确具备元宇宙特征的学术虚拟社区用户知识共享行为驱动因素,提出促进学术虚拟社区知识共享的建议,即完善知识管理制度,设置合理的用户准入门槛;兼顾用户行为定位与学术素养培育,提高知识感知效用;提高系统交互性,构建多元学术场景;提升个性化推送效能,完善奖励制度。The article first analyzes the characteristics and transfer mechanism of knowledge sharing in academic virtual communities under the empowerment of the metaverse.Taking the knowledge sharing behavior of academic virtual communities as the research object,combined with the S-OR theory,it constructs a hypothesis model of driving factors for knowledge sharing behavior in academic virtual communities under the empowerment of the metaverse,and conducts empirical analysis to clarify the driving factors for knowledge sharing behavior of academic virtual community users with the characteristics of the metaverse.It proposes suggestions to promote knowledge sharing in academic virtual communities:improve knowledge management systems and set up reasonable user access thresholds;Balance user behavior positioning and academic literacy cultivation,improve the effectiveness of knowledge perception;Improve system interactivity and construct diverse academic scenarios;Improve personalized push performance,improve reward system.
