摘　　要：目的:观察对深龋或深龋伴可复性牙髓炎行选择性去龋并使用iRoot BP Plus行间接牙髓治疗的临床疗效和影响因素,探讨对此类疾病治疗方法的可行性及适应症选择。方法:选择诊断为深龋或深龋伴可复性牙髓炎,且接受选择性去龋治疗的患者42例,在牙科放大镜下操作,以生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus行间接牙髓治疗,分别于术后术后2周、3个月、6个月观察分析各种因素对疗效的影响。结果:患者性别、术前症状、术后即刻症状、窝洞洞型、充填材料对术后6个月的治疗效果均无影响。结论:对诊断为深龋或深龋伴可复性牙髓炎的成熟恒牙,选择性去龋和iRoot BP Plus间接牙髓治疗可获得一定疗效,性别、术前症状、术后即刻症状、窝洞洞型、充填材料均不影响疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and influencing factors of selective caries removal and indirect pulp treatment using iRoot BP Plus for deep caries or deep caries with reversible pulpitis,and to explore the feasibility and indication selection of treatment methods for such diseases.Methods:Forty-two patients diagnosed with deep caries or deep caries with reversible pulpitis and receiving selective removal treatment were selected.They were operated under a dental magnifying glass and treated with indirect pulp therapy using bioceramic material iRoot BP Plus.Observations were made at 2 weeks,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,and Fisher's exact probability method was used to analyze the impact of various factors on the efficacy.Results:The patient's gender,preoperative symptoms,immediate postoperative symptoms,cavity type,and filling materials had no impact on the results of 6 months after surgery.Conclusion:For mature permanent teeth diagnosed with deep caries or deep caries with reversible pulpitis,selective caries removal and iRoot BP Plus indirect pulp therapy can achieve certain therapeutic effects.Gender,preoperative symptoms,immediate postoperative symptoms,cavity type,and filling materials do not affect the therapeutic effect.
