摘　　要：笔者报道了1例多发性周围神经病、脏器肿大、内分泌病变、M蛋白和皮肤病变(POEMS)综合征累及右侧髂骨的^(18)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT显像的病例,并通过文献复习回顾总结了POEMS综合征的诊断标准及^(18)F-FDG PET/CT的影像表现。POEMS综合征^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像的报道较多,但影像表现只累及右侧髂骨的病例较少见。了解POEMS综合征的诊断标准、临床表现及实验室检查结果,有助于获取更多的信息并进行准确诊断。The authors reported a case of polyneuropathy,organomegaly,endocrinopathy,monoclonal protein and skin changes(POEMS)syndrome located in the right iliac bone by ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET/CT.The authors summarized the diagnostic criteria and ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging manifestations of POEMS syndrome through literature review.Although ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in POEMS syndrome has been well reported,imaging manifestations involving only the right iliac bone are rare.Understanding the diagnostic criteria,clinical manifestations and laboratory findings of POEMS syndrome can help to obtain more information and make an accurate diagnosis.
