摘  要:高校辅导员科研能力与辅导员职业化、专业化、专家化发展密不可分,提高辅导员科研能力,既是高校落实“科研育人”的内在要求,又是新形势下建设高水平思想政治工作队伍的现实要求。当前,高校辅导员科研能力提升面临科研动力不足、科研能力不足、体制机制不健全等现实困境,亟须增强科研意识,激发内生动力,涵养科研氛围,提升科研能力,健全体制机制,搭建科研平台,为新时代高校辅导员队伍建设提质赋能。The scientific research ability of college counselors is inseparable from the development of counselors’professionalization and expertise.Improving the scientific research ability of counselors is not only an intrinsic re-quirement for colleges and universities to implement“education in scientific research”,but also a realistic re-quirement for building a high-level team for ideological and political work under the new situation.At present,the improvement of scientific research ability of college counselors is faced with practical difficulties such as in-sufficient scientific research motivation,insufficient scientific research ability,and imperfect systems and mecha-nisms.It is urgent to enhance scientific research awareness,stimulate endogenous motivation,cultivate a scien-tific research atmosphere,enhance scientific research ability,improve systems and mechanisms,and build a sci-entific research platform,so as to improve the quality of counselors’team construction and empower it in the new era.
