东北地区社区养老服务中心适老化设计研究——以本溪市东兴社区为例

摘　　要：我国社会老龄化日益严重,社区养老是解决老龄化问题的一个重要途径,本文以东北社区养老服务中心为研究对象,通过实地调研、问卷调查等方式,结合对老年人心理、生理特征及行为的观察描述,根据东北地域特征,提出空间功能全面化、空间复合弹性化、环境过渡渐进化、空间环境适老化4种设计手段,以对本溪市东兴社区为例,探讨地域性社区养老服务中心的空间构成和设计方法。China's aging society is becoming increasingly serious,and community pension is an important way to solve the aging problem.This paper takes Northeast community pension service Center as the research object,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods,combined with the observation and description of the psychological and physiological characteristics and behaviors of the elderly,and according to the regional characteristics of Northeast China,Four design methods,including comprehensive spatial function,complex spatial flexibility,gradual environmental transition and age-appropriate spatial environment,are proposed.The spatial composition and design method of regional community elderly care service center are discussed with Dongxing Community of Benxi City as an example.
