摘　　要：马克思主义认为,理论来源于实践,又指导实践。中华人民共和国成立70多年来,我国高校辅导员队伍建设之所以能实现科学发展,与遵循列宁的相关理论有着重大关系。列宁在领导俄国红军保卫十月革命胜利果实的过程中,实行了政治建军制度,加强了政治指导员队伍建设,这一做法成为我国高校辅导员队伍建设的历史源头。列宁提出了政治工作、政治教育概念,论述了马克思主义灌输原理,明确了思想政治教育内容及其方法。他的这些理论与实践经验传入中国后,中国共产党人将之与中国实际相结合,使之成为我国思想政治教育的理论基础、教育内容和教育方法的重要组成部分。Marxism believes that theory comes from practice and guides practice.Lenin pointed out that without revolutionary theory,there can be no revolutionary action.Since the founding of New China,the reason why the construction of college counselors in China can achieve scientific development is to follow Lenin's relevant theory.In the process of leading the Russian Red Army to defend the fruits of the victory of the October Revolution,Lenin implemented the system of political army building and strengthened the ranks of political instructors.This practice has become the historical source of the construction of college counselors in China.Lenin put forward the concepts of political work and political education,discussed the principle of Marxist indoctrination,and clarified the content and methods of ideological and political education.After his theories and practical experience were introduced into China,The CPC combines it with China’s reality and makes it an important part of the theoretical basis,educational content,and educational methods of ideological and political education in China.
