不同BIS值下老年全麻结直肠癌根治术的随机临床试验

摘　　要：分析不同脑电双频指数(BIS)值麻醉深度干预对行全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术老年患者术后各时点15项恢复质量量表(QoR-15)及免疫功能的影响。纳入结直肠癌患者120例,均接受全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,采用随机数字表法分为对照组,观察组1、观察组2,各40例。对照组接受常规麻醉,观察组1控制BIS值40~49,观察组2控制BIS值50~60。结果显示行全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术老年患者术中控制BIS值50~60,可降低脑组织代谢及损伤,改善机体炎症反应、免疫功能,进而提高QoR-15评分,促进术后恢复。To analyze the effects of anesthesia depth intervention with different bispectral index(BIS)values on the quality of Recovery Scale(QoR-15)and immune function of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia at each time point after surgery.120 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia.They were divided into the control group,the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.the control group received routine anesthesia,the BIS value of the observation group 1 was controlled by 40~49,and that of the observation group 2 was controlled by 50~60.Resultsshowed thatcontrolling BIS value of 50~60 in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia could reduce brain metabolism and injury,improve inflammatory response and immune function,and improve score of QoR-15,and promote postoperative recovery.
