摘　　要：目的:探讨连续视程人工晶状体(IOL)与多焦非球面人工晶体植入术后患者远中近视力及视觉质量对比。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月~2022年12月我院收治的100例白内障患者的临床资料,50例(60眼)IOL手术患者为对照组,50例(58眼)多焦非球面人工晶体植入术患者为研究组,比较治疗效果。结果:研究组裸眼中距离视力数据、中距离视物质量、阅读速度、夜间视物情况优于对照组(P<0.05)术后3个月内均未出现眼压升高、晶状体移位、前后囊病变等不良情况。结论:IOL阅读流畅性及夜间视物能力较好,多焦非球面人工晶体的中距离视物能力更好。Objective:To compare the far,middle and near vision and visual quality of patients after continuous vision intraocular lens(IOL)and multifocal aspheric intraocular lens implantation.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with cataract admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty patients(60 eyes)underwent IOL surgery as the control group and 50 patients(58 eyes)underwent multifocal aspherical intraocular lens implantation as the research group,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The data of distance vision,the quality of middle distance vision,the reading speed and the night vision in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse conditions such as elevated intraocular pressure,lens displacement and anterior and posterior capsule lesions within 3 months after operation.Conclusion:IOL has good reading fluency and night vision ability,and multifocal aspheric intraocular lens has better middle distance vision ability.
