摘　　要：为顺应健康中战略对医学创新人才的需求,在湖南省“医创融合”创新创业教育现状调查与分析的基础上,提出了构建“思创一体化”育人模式、“医创融合”教学新模式、“医创融合”实践教育平台,打造“医创融合”名师团队、形成立体化“医创”文化传播矩阵、完善“医创融合”教育模式创新的制度与机制等对策建议,探析了基于医学创新人才培养的“医创融合”创新创业教育模式构建的路径。In order to meet the demand of health strategy for medical innovation talents,which is based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of“medical innovation integration”innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan Province,the paper not only proposes to build a“thinking innovation integration”education model,a new“medical innovation integration”teaching model,a“medical innovation integration”practical education plaform,a“medical innovation integration”team of famous teachers,and a three-dimensional“medical innovation”cultural communication matrix,but also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the system and mechanism of“medical innovation integration”education model,and probes into the path of constructing the“medical innovation integration”entrepreneurship education model based on the training of medical innovative talents.
