摘　　要：“思想道德修养与法律基础”这一课程是职业院校人才培养的基础课程,对学生综合素养的提升,健康道德法治观念、纪律观念的养成,阳光的心态都有着积极作用。本文作者结合多年一线教学经验及相关文献的查阅,针对现阶段职业院校“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程显现出的若干问题,以延边职业技术学院为例进行剖析,并就充实课程内容并融入吉林红色文化、丰富教育教学手段、创新教学方式、完善考核内容等四方面进行了探讨,以期切实提升课程育人实效,推进课程改革步伐。“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation”is the basic course of talent training in vocational colleges,which plays a positive role in the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,the cultivation of healthy moral rule of law and discipline concept,and the development of sunny mentality.Based on many years of front-line teaching experience and literature review,this paper analyzes some problems in the course of"Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation"in current vocational colleges,taking Yanbian Vocational and Technical College as an example.In order to improve the effectiveness of curriculum education and promote the pace of curriculum reform,the paper discusses four aspects:enriching the curriculum content and integrating into Jilin red culture,enriching the teaching methods,innovating the teaching methods and improving the assessment content.
