摘 要:针对防振锤损伤后引起的导线异常振动现象,提出一种提取损伤防振锤振动特征与结构健康诊断(structural health baseline,SHB)的方法。首先研究防振锤损伤特征提取方法,提出诊断策略,然后通过导线-防振锤振动模拟试验,将振动信号分解为多阶分量集合,并引入熵的概念来量化每阶振动分量时频域的能量密度分布。研究发现,防振锤不同损伤类型的熵值偏差率最大为39.5%,最小为29.4%,揭示了防振锤损伤在多阶振动尺度上的内在特征。最后,通过建立的LibSVM损伤辨识基准,根据实测的防振锤损伤数据进行预测,得到的辨识准确率高达97%。结果表明,该方法有效建立了以特征参数表征防振锤损伤的模型,可以精准辨识防振锤结构健康状况。This paper proposes a method to extract vibration characteristics of the damaged hammer and structural health baseline(SHB)for the abnormal vibration of the conductor caused by the hammer damage.Firstly,it studies the method of extracting the damage characteristics of the hammer and proposes the diagnosis strategy.Then,the vibration signal is decomposed into a multi-order component set through the wire-hammer vibration simulation test,and the concept of entropy is introduced to quantify the energy density distribution of each order vibration component in the time-frequency domain.It is found that the deviation of entropy values for different damage types of vibration prevention hammer is 39.5%at the maximum and 29.4%at the minimum,which reveals the intrinsic characteristics of vibration prevention hammer damage at multi-order vibration scales.Finally,the LibSVM damage identification benchmark established for predicting the measured anti-vibration hammer damage data yields an identification accuracy of 97%.The results show that the method effectively establishes a model to characterize the damage of the anti-vibration hammer with characteristic parameters,and can accurately identify the structural health of the anti-vibration hammer.
