摘 要:教育发展水平、经济发展方式以及相应的制度环境是推进产教关系发展的基本力量,决定了产教关系的紧密程度和结构形态。当前,产教融合是高等教育普及化、创新驱动战略共同决定的一种教育新形态,其时代内涵主要体现在:多元化的共同体、多层面的目标诉求、合作式的价值创造、高质量的协同创新和系统化的制度安排等5个方面。产教融合的价值意蕴在于促进高质量就业的民生期盼,符合技术创新与产业升级的区域发展诉求、顺应普及化阶段有质量低成本的办学规律。应用型本科高校产教融合应该在思想上、组织上和行动上选准突破点和创新点,将深化产教融合转化成高校发展的战略自觉、高校组织的持久行动和高校教师的工作职责。The level of educational development,the mode of economic development,and the corresponding institutional environment are the basic forces in promoting the development of industry-education relations,which determine the close degree and the structure shape of industry and education.At present,industry-education integration is a new form of education jointly shaped by the popularization of higher education and the innovation-driven strategy.Its epoch connotation is mainly reflected in five aspects:a diversified community,multi-level goal demands,cooperative value creation,high-quality collaborative innovation and systematic institutional arrangements.The value implication of industry-education integration lies in promoting the people′s expectations of high-quality employment,meeting the regional development demands of technological innovation and industrial upgrading and complying with the law of high-quality and low-cost education in the popularization stage.The industry-education integration in application-oriented undergraduate universities should seek breakthrough and innovation in terms of ideology,organization,and action,transforming the deepen industry-education integration into strategic awareness of university development,sustained actions of university organizations,and the job responsibilities of teachers in universities and colleges.
