摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加辣椒油树脂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫器官指数的影响。选择7日龄白羽肉鸡200只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加2%、5%、8%辣椒油树脂,试验期35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,各试验组的平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著增加(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而各处理组间料重比无显著差异;试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组屠宰率显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但各处理组间全净膛率差异不显著;各试验组肉鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数相较对照组,均有显著性提高(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组法氏囊指数显著高于试验I组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲料中添加辣椒油树脂可提高白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰率及免疫器官指数,以5%添加量最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of capsicum oleoresin on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune organ indexes of white-feathered broilers.A total of 2007-day-old white-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each repetition.The control group was fed basal diet,and the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed basal diet supplemented with 2%,5%and 8%capsicum oleoresin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 35 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of the experimental groups were significantly increased(P0.05),and average daily gain of the experimental groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that of the experimental groupⅠ(P0.05).There was no significant difference in feed conversion ratio among the groups.The slaughtering rate in groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠand control group(P0.05),but there was no significant difference in percentage of eviscerated yield among the groups.The indexes of spleen,thymus and bursa of fabricius in the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05),and the bursa of fabricius index of broilers in the experimental groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in the experimental groupⅠ(P0.05).Ⅰn conclusion,under the condition of this experiment,supplementing capsicum oleoresin to the diet can improve growth performance,slaughter rate and immune organ indexes of white-feathered broilers.The optimum addition of capsicum oleoresin is 5%.
