摘　　要：柔性教育是一种可组合、可选择、可持续发展的培养模式,强调培养方案、培养内容、培养方式的弹性和灵活性。分析了工学硕士研究生柔性培养与评价国内外研究现状,提出了以“加强课程学习,夯实理论基础”“提高外语水平,掌握最新进展”“熟悉主流平台,重复典型实验”“善于独立思考,勇于另辟蹊径”“明确任务边界,深入交流协作”“及时总结分析,厘清研究思路”为主要内容的柔性培养方法,给出了相关柔性评价方法。Flexible education is a kind of training mode that can be combined,optional and sustainable,emphasizing the resilience and flexibility of training programs,training content and training methods.This paper analyzes flexible training and evaluating research status at home and abroad of postgraduates in engineering,and gives suggestions for strengthening course study,consolidating theoretical foundation,improving foreign language level,mastering the latest progress,being familiar with mainstream platforms,repeating typical experiments,being good at independent thinking and having the courage to find new ways,clear task boundaries,indepth communication and cooperation,timely summarizing and analyzing,clarifying research ideas as the main content of flexible training methods,and also provides elexible evaluating method.
