上消化道造影联合血清标志物诊断胃癌的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨上消化道造影联合血清肿瘤标志物在胃癌诊断中的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年12月我院收治的胃部肿瘤患者80例作为研究组,同期选取于本院体检的100例健康人群为对照组。先进行上消化道造影,再通过电化学发光免疫法检测CEA、CA72-4浓度,以术后病理检查作为金标准,根据诊断情况比较两种方法单独以及联合诊断的准确率、特异度、灵敏度。结果研究组CEA、CA72-4浓度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组80例与对照组100例研究对象中,上消化道造影检查出阳性73例,血清标志物检查出阳性45例,上消化道造影联合血清标志物检查出阳性76例。两者联合诊断胃癌的准确率、特异度、灵敏度高于单纯上消化道造影诊断和单纯血清标志物诊断。结论上消化道造影联合血清标志物诊断胃癌可明显提高胃癌诊断的准确率、特异度、灵敏度。Objective To investigate the effect of upper gastrointestinal radiography combined with serum markers de-tection in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with gastric tumors and 100 healthy individuals in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled,and set as study group and control group,respectively.Upper gastrointestinal radiography was performed,meantime,the concentrations of CEA and CA72-4 were detected by electrochem-iluminescence immunoassay.With postoperative pathological examination as the gold standard,the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of upper gastrointestinal radiography alone and in combination with serum markers detection in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were compared.Results The concentrations of CEA and CA72-4 in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Among all the selected subjects,there were 73 positive cases in upper gastrointestinal imaging ex-amination,45 positive cases in serum markers,and 76 positive cases in combined detections,indicating that the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of upper gastrointestinal radiography in combination with serum markers detection in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were significantly higher than that of single detection.ConclusionUpper gastrointestinal radiography combined with serum markers detection in the diagnosis of gastric cancer has high accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.
