摘　　要：乳腺原发性黑色素瘤是一种临床罕见的恶性肿瘤,实质发病更少,鲜有报道。现报道1例乳腺实质原发性黑色素瘤诊治经过,并探讨其临床特点、诊断及治疗,供临床参考。Primary melanoma of the breast is a clinically rare malignant tumor,and the parenchymal development is even rarer and rarely reported.Now we report a case of primary melanoma of breast parenchyma,and discuss its clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment for clinical reference.
