摘  要:三坐标测量作为一种智能测量技术已广泛应用于高职院校机械类专业的实训教学。汽车覆盖件检具是一种检验汽车冲压件的立体量具,型面曲折复杂,精度要求高。将某企业汽车油箱口盖检具的三维测量作为任务引入智能测量实训,引导学生完成了该检具三坐标测量的全部实施流程。实践证明:选取具体零件为测量对象的任务导向法,可以有效地开展实训,从而提高学生学习的积极性和主动性。As an intelligent measurement technology,three-coordinate measurement has been widely used in the practical teaching of mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges.The inspection tool of automobile panel is a kind of three-dimensional measuring tool for testing automobile stamping parts,which has zigzag and complex surface and high precision.The three-dimensional measurement of the inspection tool of the automobile fuel tank cover of an enterprise is introduced into the intelligent measurement training as a task,and the students are guided to complete the whole implementation process of the three-coordinate measurement of the inspection tool.Practice has proved that the task-oriented method of selecting specific parts as measuring objects can effectively carry out practical training,so as to improve students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning.
