摘  要:采用细胞试验、酪氨酸酶试验和人体临床试验,探讨了松茸的美白功效。细胞试验研究了松茸提取物对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16细胞)增殖及对B16细胞内黑色素含量的影响。酪氨酸酶试验通过抑制酪氨酸酶的活性来评价松茸提取物的美白效果。人体临床试验测试志愿者使用松茸提取物凝露前后皮肤的黑色素指数(melanin index,MI)、个体类型角(individual type angle,ITA°),并用Visia-CR型面部图像分析系统进行面部图像采集。结果显示,当松茸提取物的体积分数为0.25%时,对B16细胞的增殖和黑色素含量均有明显的抑制作用。体积分数为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1%的松茸提取物,其酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为44.77%、50.88%、59.25%、70.69%、85.74%。人体临床试验表明在凝露基质中添加质量分数为0.2%的松茸提取物,连续使用28天,志愿者斑区MI值下降了5.69%、ITA°值增加了7.92%。The whitening effect of Tricholoma matsutake was studied by cell experiment,tyrosinase experiment and human clinical experiment.The effects of Tricholoma matsutake extract on the proliferation of mouse melanoma cells(B16 cells)and the content of melanin in B16 cells were studied by cell experiment.Tyrosinase experiment evaluated the whitening effect of Tricholoma matsutake extract by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase.The human clinical experiments tested the melanin index(MI)and individual type angle(ITA°)of the volunteers’skin before and after using the extract of Tricholoma matsutake to coagulate,and collected the facial images with the Visia-CR facial image analysis system.The results showed that when the volume concentration of Tricholoma matsutake extract was 0.25%,the proliferation and melanin content of B16 cells were significantly inhibited.The tyrosinase inhibition rates were 44.77%,50.88%,59.25%,70.69%and 85.74%for 0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%and 1%(in volume fraction)of Tricholoma matsutake extracts,respectively.Human clinical experiments showed that after adding 0.2%(in mass fraction)of Tricholoma matsutake extract to the condensation matrix for 28 consecutive days,the MI value of the volunteer plaque area decreased by 5.69%,and the ITA°value increased by 7.92%.
