摘　　要：本研究依据GB/T 5009.176—2003 《茶叶、水果、食用植物油中三氯杀螨醇残留量的测定》,采用GC-ECD来测定茶叶中三氯杀螨醇残留量的适用性,从方法系统适用性、标准曲线线性、精密度、回收率、检出限和定量限进行实验分析^([1-2]),以验证本实验室的检测条件及检测能力符合相关要求^([3])。This study based on GB/T 5009.176—2003“Determination of dicofol residues in tea,fruits and edible vegetable oils”and uses GC-ECD to determine the applicability of dicofol residues in tea.From the aspects of method system applicability,standard curve linearity and precision experimental analysis was conducted on the degree,recovery rate~([1-2]),detection limit and quantitation limit to verify that the detection conditions and detection capabilities of this laboratory meet the relevant requirements~([3]).
