四联法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究四联法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的效果。方法:将2021年8月—2023年1月全州县绍水镇中心卫生院综合科住院部收治的120例Hp感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者实施阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑三联法治疗,观察组实施甲硝唑联合左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾四联法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、Hp根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组社会职能、心理机能、生理机能及总体健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在Hp感染治疗中使用甲硝唑联合左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾四联法的临床效果显著,能够提高Hp根除率,缓解患者临床症状,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of the quadruple method in treating patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:120 Hp-infected patients admitted to the inpatient department of Quanzhou County Shaoshui Town Central Health Center from August 2021 to January 2023 were taken as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with the triple combination of amoxicillin,levofloxacin and omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with the quadruple combination of metronidazole combined with levofloxacin,omeprazole,and bismuth potassium citrate,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the observation group had higher scores in respect of social functioning,psychological functioning,physiological function as well as general health condition than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of quadruple method in the treatment of Hp infection is remarkable,which can improve the Hp eradication rate,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life.
