内镜在上消化道黏膜下肿瘤中的诊治效果研究进展

摘　　要：上消化道黏膜下肿瘤主要是指黏膜下组织消化道肿瘤,随着超声内镜及消化内镜技术不断发展,疾病检出率及临床诊断效能均有所提升。通过实施上消化道黏膜下肿瘤内镜诊断,不仅能使医师明确患者病灶部位、确定完整切除程度,还能为患者提供病理信息。内镜在上消化道黏膜下肿瘤中的诊治研究,有利于对上消化道黏膜下肿瘤患者实施系统治疗及预后评估。本文总结内镜诊断及治疗上消化道黏膜下肿瘤的研究进展,综述如下。Upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumors mainly refer to tumors of submucosal issues in digestive tract.Since ulrasonography and gastrointestinal endoscopy have dramaically developed,the elinical diagnosis eficiency has been improved.Through the implementation of endoscopic diagnosis of upper gastrintestinal submucosal tunors,it not only enables phyicians to clarifty the location of the patien's lesion and detemine the degree of complete rsction,but also provides patients with pathological information.The clinical studies of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in upper gastrointestinal submwcosal tumors help with implementation of systematic treatment and prognostic ases sment of patients with upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumors.This article summarizes the research progress of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrintestinal submucosal tunors.
