摘 要:为解决狭小空间盾构整体始发的难题,以北京地铁昌平线南延学院桥站至西土城站区间为依托,探索在正线上方无始发场地条件下,双线侧向整体始发技术方案。通过对比分析3个盾构侧向始发方案的优缺点,提出以盾构始发井、盾构侧向始发通道、出土井、盾构出土通道、反向隧道、异形延伸钢环组合的盾构侧向补偿始发方案,可同时满足本工程经济性、工期、安全性及工效要求。为验证侧向补偿始发方案的安全性,通过数值模型计算对该方案的异形延伸钢环受力稳定性进行验证,并通过对盾构始发参数监控及沉降监测分析验证该始发方案的安全性。To solve the problem of the whole launching of shield machines in narrow space,based on the extended southern interval from the Xueyuanqiao Station to the Xitucheng Station of the Changping Metro Line of Beijing,the technical scheme of the whole launching of double-line lateral shield machines is explored under the condition of no launching site above the main line.By comparing and analyzing both the advantages and disadvantages of the three shield lateral launching schemes,a shield lateral compensation launching scheme combining a shield launching shaft,shield lateral launching channel,excavation shaft,shield excavation channel,reverse tunnel,and a special-shaped extended steel ring was proposed,which can meet the requirements of economy,construction period,safety and work efficiency of the project simultaneously.To verify the safety of the lateral compensation launching scheme,the force stability of the special-shaped extended steel ring of the scheme is verified by numerical model calculation,and the safety of the launching scheme is verified by monitoring and analyzing the shield launching parameters and settlement monitoring.
