摘 要:目的分析玻璃三棱镜和树脂三棱镜有效棱镜度,得到转换公式,并验证其准确性,以促进学术交流。方法利用激光笔测量两种三棱镜的有效棱镜度,得出转换公式。选取2021年8月至2022年12月福建省儿童医院收治的61例共同性外斜视患儿作为研究对象,用两种三棱镜分别测量斜视度。将玻璃三棱镜的测量棱镜度通过转换公式换算,结果与树脂三棱镜测量棱镜度比较。结果>10PD时,玻璃三棱镜实际摆法的有效棱镜度小于标示棱镜度;两种三棱镜棱镜度的换算公式为:y=-0.0058x^(2)+1.023x-0.0191。玻璃三棱镜通过公式运算得到的树脂换算棱镜度和树脂测量棱镜度高度相关(r=0.964,P<0.01)。结论>10 PD时,玻璃三棱镜测量的斜视度较树脂三棱镜测量的大,两种棱镜测量的斜视度可以通过拟合公式进行换算。Objective To facilitate academic exchange by deriving a conversion formula for prism diopters between glass prisms and plastic prisms and validating the accuracy of the formula.Methods By analyzing the obtained effective prism degrees,a conversion formula for prism diopters between the two prisms was derived.Subsequently,sixty-one patients with concomitant exotropia were included,and distance strabismus measurements were conducted by two examiners using both types of prisms.The prism diopters measured by the glass prism were converted into prism diopters of the plastic prism using the derived conversion formula,and the converted prism diopters were compared with the measured prism degrees.Results It was found that the effective prism diopters of the glass prism in their actual positions were smaller than the indicated prism diopters when exceeding 10 PD.The derived conversion formula was as follows:y=-0.0058x^(2)+1.023x-0.0191.The convert-ed prism diopters of the plastic prism,determined using the conversion formula,exhibited a high correlation with the measured prism diopters(r=0.964,P<0.01).Conclusion Deviations observed with the glass prism were greater than those with the plastic prism when exceeding 10 PD.However,these deviations can be effectively converted between the two prism types using the derived fitting formula.
