两种手术方式矫正水平共同性斜视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较传统斜视矫正术与显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术在水平共同性斜视中的手术疗效。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月景德镇市第一人民医院收治的86例水平共同性斜视患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用传统斜视矫正手术,观察组采用显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术。比较两组的围手术期指标、手术总有效率、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血棉签使用量、术后眼红天数均少于对照组,手术耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下Parks切口斜视矫正术较传统斜视矫正术在治疗水平共同性斜视上有着诸多的优越性,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effects of two surgical methods for horizontal concomitant squint.Methods From July 2021 to December 2022,A total of 86 cases of horizontal concomitant squint admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to coin flip method.The control group was treated with traditional strabismus surgery,and the observation group was treated with microstrabismus surgery.The perioperative indexes,total operative efficiency and postoperative com-plications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of cotton swab used during the operation and the days of eye red after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConcIusion Compared with traditional strabismus correction,Parks incision correction under microscope has many advantages in the treatment of horizontal concomitant squint,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
