摘　　要：在民族传统体育教学中,翻转课堂在传统教学方式上进行了重新思考和优化。翻转课堂在高校民族传统体育教学中的运用研究,不仅是对传统教学方式的一种创新尝试,更是为了满足学生学习的个性化需求和培养综合素质的要求。通过翻转课堂教学模式,学生能够更好地学习和理解民族传统体育的价值和意义,更好地将所学应用到实际生活和传承活动中。In the traditional national physical education teaching,students mainly learn through the teacher's teaching and demonstration,while the flipped classroom rethinks and optimizes this traditional teaching method.The research on the application of flipped classroom in the traditional ethnic physical education teaching in colleges and universities is not only an innovative attempt to the traditional teaching methods,but also to meet the personalized needs of students in learning and cultivating comprehensive quality.Through the teaching mode of flipped classroom,students can better learn and understand the value and significance of traditional national sports,and can better apply what they have learned to real life and inheritance activities.
