摘　　要：目的 调查子宫肌瘤住院患者的术后就医体验,分析影响就医体验的因素,为提高护理服务水平提供参考依据。方法 于2021年9月1日至12月31日对海口市2家三级甲等医院收治的161例子宫肌瘤住院患者进行一般资料调查和采用自行编制的调查问卷进行住院患者就医体验现状调查,采用非参数W-H秩和检验方法比较不同类别的住院患者就医体验总体评价的差异,采用Spearman相关系数和有序多分类Logistic回归模型,从服务质量、健康宣教、出院指导和医疗费用四个维度分析子宫肌瘤住院患者术后就医体验的影响因素。结果 子宫肌瘤住院患者术后就医体验总体评价得分为(4.27±0.622)分,其中,服务质量(50.93±6.95)分、健康宣教(37.81±5.83)分、出院指导(34.04±5.02)分、医疗费用(11.42±2.17)分;术后就医体验相关性分析结果显示,对术后就医体验总体评价正相关最大的是出院指导(r=0.705),其次是健康宣教(r=0.701);有序多分类Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,出院指导、医疗费用是子宫肌瘤住院患者术后就医体验的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 子宫肌瘤住院患者就医体验评价受其多种因素影响,其中,术后出院指导、医疗费用为主要影响因素。Objective To study the postoperative medical experience of patients hospitalized with uterine fi-broids,explore the factors affecting the medical experience,and provide reference for the improvement of nursing servic-es.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 161 inpatients with uterine fibroids admitted to 2 upper first-class hospitals in Haikou City from September 1 to December 31,2021 for general information and medical experi-ence,using self-developed questionnaires.Non-parametric W-H rank sum test was used to compare the differences in the overall evaluation of hospital experience among different categories of inpatients.Spearman correlation coefficient and ordered multicategorical logistic regression model were used to compare service quality,health education,discharge guidance,and medical expenses,and analyze the influencing factors of postoperative medical experience of inpatients with uterine fibroids.Results The overall evaluation score of the postoperative medical experience for inpatients with uterine fibroids was(4.27±0.622)points,with(50.93±6.95)points for quality of service,(37.81±5.83)points for health promotion,(34.04±5.02)points for discharge guidance,and(11.42±2.17)points for medical cost.Correlation analysis showed that the most influential factor on the overall evaluation of postoperative medical experience was discharge guid-ance(r=0.705),followed by health education(r=0.701).Ordered multicategorical logistic regression model analysis showed that discharge guidance and medical cost were the factors influencing the postoperative medical experience of in-patients with uterine fibroid.Conclusion The evaluation of medical experience of inpatients with uterine fibroids is in-fluenced by many factors,and postoperative discharge guidance and medical expenses are the main influencing factors.
