自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器对正畸治疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 比较自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器对正畸治疗患者牙周指标及咀嚼功能的影响。方法 前瞻性纳入2020年1月至2022年7月于郑州大学第五附属医院拟接受口腔正畸治疗的84例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各42例。A组采用自锁托槽矫治器,B组采用金属托槽矫治器,两组均矫正6个月。对比两组矫正效果,并观察两组矫正前、矫正6个月牙周指标[牙齿松动度(TM)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)]变化情况,同时对比两组矫正前、矫正6个月咀嚼功能变化情况。结果 矫正6个月,A组矫正效果优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TM、GI、PLI、PD均上升,但A组各项指标均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咀嚼功能均有改善,且A组改善状况优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与金属托槽矫治器对比,应用自锁托槽矫治器进行正畸治疗可获得较好矫正效果,且对患者牙周影响较小,能够有效改善其咀嚼功能。Objective To compare the effects of self-locking bracket appliances and metal bracket appliances on periodontal indicators and chewing function in orthodontic treatment patients.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients who were scheduled to receive orthodontic treatment in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to July 2022.They were divided into group A and group B using random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.Group A was treated with self-locking bracket appliances,while group B was treated with metal bracket appliances.Both groups were corrected for 6 months.The correction effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of periodontal indexes[tooth mobility(TM),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD)]before and 6 months after correction were observed.At the same time,the changes of chewing function before and 6 months after correction were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of correction,the correction effect of group A was better than that of group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 months of correction,TM,GI,PLI,and PD in both groups increased,but all indicators in group A were lower than those in group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of correction,the chewing function of the two groups was improved,and the improvement of group A was better than that of group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with metal bracket appliances,the use of self-locking bracket appliances for orthodontic treatment can achieve better orthodontic effects,and has a small impact on the patient’s periodontium,which can effectively improve their chewing function.
