摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和病死率在中国仍居高不下。人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染是宫颈癌的首要原因,HPV检测作为宫颈癌筛查手段十分有必要。目前存在容易漏诊的HPV阴性宫颈癌的病例,其对化疗不敏感,治疗效果差,预后不佳,复发率高,临床表现和病理特征有别于HPV阳性宫颈癌并具有共性。HPV检测中的假阴性可能是造成宫颈癌漏诊的主要原因,因此避免产生HPV假阴性的具体措施尤为重要。HPV阴性宫颈癌的发病机制目前尚不明确,针对HPV阴性宫颈癌的特异性治疗方案及预后仍有待研究。本文通过讨论HPV阴性宫颈癌的现状、原因、发病机制、治疗及预后,为HPV阴性宫颈癌的防治提供思路。Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor in women,and its morbidity and mortality are still high in China.Persistent infection of human papilloma virus(HPV)is the primary cause of cervical cancer.HPV testing is very necessary as a cervical cancer screening method.Currently,there are cases of easily missed HPV-negative cervical cancer,which is not sensitive to chemotherapy,poor treatment effect,poor prognosis and high recurrence rate.The clinical manifestations and pathological features of HPV-negative cervical cancer are different from HPV-positive cervical cancer and have common characteristics.False negative in HPV test may be the main cause of missed diagnosis of cervical cancer,so specific measures to avoid false negative of HPV are particularly important.The pathogenesis of HPV-negative cervical cancer is not clear at present.The specific treatment and prognosis of HPV-negative cervical cancer remain to be studied.In this paper,the status,causes,pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis of HPV-negative cervical cancer were discussed to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of HPV-negative cervical cancer.
