摘　　要：为进一步深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于文艺工作的重要论述和文艺评论重要指示批示精神,《新时代音乐评价体系建设研讨会》于2023年8月25日在哈尔滨音乐学院举行。来自全国的音乐理论家、评论家、教育家、作曲与作曲理论家、音乐活动从业者紧跟中国音乐生态的发展现状,发言内容涉及当代中国音乐评论的学科体系、学术体系、话语体系、教育体系构建等具体问题,为发挥音乐评论引导精品创作、高质演出、提高审美、引领风尚的实践工作提供了学理性的建议与意见。In order to further implement General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the work of literature and artistic work and the impor⁃tant instructions for literary and artistic comments,the Symposium on the Construction of New Era Music Evaluation System was held on August 25,2023 at the Harbin Conservatory of Music.Music theorists,critics,educators,composers and practitioners of music activities from all over the coun⁃try followed the current development of China’s music life,their speeches dealt with the construc⁃tion of the discipline system,academic system,discourse system,and education system of contem⁃porary Chinese music criticism.They provided academic suggestions and opinions on the practical work of playing the role of music criticism in guiding the fine works to create quality performances,improving the aesthetics,and leading the fashion.
