摘  要:随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对家具品质的要求也越来越高,木框嵌板结构门相对易出现拼角开裂问题,即边框连接处沿拼接线开裂,严重影响用户体验。为此,开展拼角接合的圆榫数量、双圆榫间距以及圆榫与孔之间配合对强度和拼角开裂的影响研究。研究结果表明,采用间距为27 mm的双圆榫结构,圆榫与孔之间采用过盈配合,拼角强度提升明显,并能有效防止拼角出现开裂,与单圆榫结构相比拼角强度提高了36.58%。With the improvement of people's livelihood,people have higher and higher standards for the quality of furniture.The frame-and-panel wooden door is relatively easy to appear the problem of corner joint cracking,that is,the stile-rail junction cracking along the splicing line,seriously affecting the user experience.For this reason,the influence of the number of dowel pins,the spacing of double dowel joints,and the fit between dowel pin and hole on the strength and corner joint cracking were studied.The research results showed that the double dowel structure with a spacing of 27 mm and the interference fit between dowel pin and hole could significantly improve the corner strength and effectively prevent the corner joint cracking.Compared with single dowel structure,the corner joint strength increased by 36.58%.
