摘 要:通过研究竹条的弯曲极限状态、竹条表面状态和破坏形式分析弯曲方向、竹条厚度、竹条取材部位等因素对竹条弯曲性能的影响,为竹条弯曲加工提供参考。利用延时摄像记录并观察竹条弯曲至断裂瞬间的弯曲半径及弯曲断裂形态,通过竹条拱高和弯曲半径2个指标评价竹条弯曲性能。不同弯曲方向竹条弯曲性能,在径向竹青面弯曲(竹青)、径向竹黄面弯曲(竹黄)、弦向弯曲时,竹条的弯曲拱高、半径次序为:竹青>弦向>竹黄(规格相同时弯曲极限拱高:竹青>弦向>竹黄),即竹青面受拉时竹条弯曲性能最好;厚度对竹条弯曲性能影响:竹条越厚,弯曲性能越差,竹条越薄,弯曲性能越好;取材部位对竹条弯曲性能的影响:竹条取材越靠近竹青,弯曲程度越大,弯曲性能越好。建议对竹条弯曲时取材靠近竹青侧,竹条宽度沿弦向制取;保证强度的前提下,宜减小竹条厚度;且采用竹青面受拉的方式进行弯曲加工。By studying the bending limit state of bamboo strips,the surface state and failure mode of bamboo strips,the influence of factors such as bending direction,thickness of bamboo strips,and the location of bamboo strips on the bending performance of bamboo strips were analyzed,and a reference was provided for bending processing of bamboo strips.Time-lapse video recording was used to record and observe the bending radius and bending fracture shape of bamboo strips at the moment of bending to fracture,and the bending performance of bamboo strips was evaluated by the two indexes of bamboo strip arch height and bending radius.The bending properties of bamboo strips in different bending directions,when bent at the radial bamboo green surface(bamboo green),at the radial bamboo yellow surface(bamboo yellow),and at the chord direction,the order of the bending arch height and radius of bamboo strips is:bamboo green>String direction>bamboo yellow(bending limit arch height when the specifications are the same:bamboo green>string direction>bamboo yellow),that is,the bamboo strip has the best bending performance when the bamboo green surface is pulled;The thickness affects the bending performance of the bamboo strip:the thicker the bamboo strip,the worse the bending performance,the thinner the bamboo strip,the better the bending performance;The influence of the location of the bamboo strip on the bending performance of the bamboo strip:the closer the bamboo strip is to the green bamboo,the greater the bending degree,the better the bending performance.It is suggested that when the bamboo strips are bent,the material should be close to the green side of the bamboo,and the width of the bamboo strips should be made along the chord direction;under the premise of ensuring the strength,the thickness of the bamboo strips should be reduced,and the bamboo green surface should be stretched for bending processing.
