摘 要:收集并量化用户感性需求以此来分析沙发椅造型设计要素的优先级,为设计者提供关于沙发椅造型设计的量化研究方法和路径。通过问卷法、用户访谈等研究方法确定出产品的经典样本和重要情感语义词语,收集用户的感性语义词汇后,对用户评价后的情感意象语义分值进行主成分分析。通过语义差分法对用户的情感认知水平加以评估,建立情感语义评价体系,从而获得满足用户感性需求的情感因子,得出经典样本情感词语的均值后,进行因子降维得到4个关键的主成分因子,从而得出经典沙样本发各区域部位感性意象评分,得出影响沙发椅造型设计的主成分因子和各区域设计优先级排序和重点考量区域。感性意象设计有助于沙发椅造型设计的持续发展,确保产品能够为用户心理需求带来积极的愉悦性,并为以后沙发椅的设计与改进提供新的指导和新的方法路径。In order to provide designers with quantitative research methods and paths on sofa modeling design,the users'perceptual needs were collected and quantified to analyze the priority of upholstered armchair modeling design elements.Based on the method of semantic differential analysis in Kansei Engineering,the users'perceptual evaluations of upholstered armchair were obtained through questionnaires,and a semantic vocabulary test system was established to extract the perceptual semantic vocabulary recognized by users.After collecting the user's perceptual semantic vocabulary,the principal component analysis was carried out on the emotional image semantic score after the user's evaluation.The user's emotional cognition level was evaluated by the semantic difference method,and an emotional semantic evaluation system was established to obtain emotional factors that meet the user's emotional needs.The composition factor was used to obtain the perceptual image score of each part of the classic upholstered armchair sample,and the principal component factor that affects the design of upholstered armchair and the design priority of each area and the key consideration area were obtained.Perceptual image design contributes to the sustainable development of upholstered armchair modeling design,which can ensure that the product bring positive pleasure to users'psychological needs,and provide new guidance and new method paths for the design and improvement of upholstered armchair in the future.
