摘　　要：现如今人们对生活品质要求越来越高,住宅厨房是着重打造的空间,然而厨房空间结构多样化,水电管线布置不规范,这些问题给设计师设计整体厨柜时带来不小的阻力。为研究厨柜模块化设计在用户厨房空间中的应用,参考JG/T 184—2011《住宅整体厨房》和行业标准,通过对厨房空间的尺寸规范、功能区的划分以及厨柜在厨房空间的布局综合分析,研究了整体厨柜的标准单元柜设计及产品的编码规则,并将厨柜模块化设计运用到整体厨柜与厨房空间尺寸相协调的关系中去。模块化设计结合用户需求和企业大规模生产制造技术,让模块化厨柜设计能快速应用于生产,服务消费者的多样化选择,其设计思路可为企业厨柜模块化设计和厨柜标准化生产提供参考依据。Nowadays,people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of life.Residential kitchen is a space that focuses on building.However,the diversified structure of kitchen space and non-standard layout of water and electricity pipelines bring great resistance to designers when designing the integral kitchen cabinet.In order to study the application of modular kitchen cabinet design in user's kitchen space,through the comprehensive analysis of size specification of kitchen space,the division of functional areas,and the layout of kitchen cabinets in the kitchen space,the standard unit cabinet design of integral kitchen cabinets and the coding rules of products are studied by referring to the“Integrated Kitchen of Residential”JG/T184-2011 and industry standards.The modular design of kitchen cabinet is applied to the harmonious relationship between the integral kitchen cabinet and the size of the kitchen space.Modular design combines user needs and enterprise mass production and manufacturing technology,so that modular kitchen cabinet design can be quickly applied to production with an aim to serve the diversified choices of consumers,whose design ideas can provide a reference for enterprise kitchen cabinet modular design and kitchen cabinet standardized production.
