基于虚拟仿真的电致化学发光传感研究在大学实验教学中的案例设计

摘　　要：在疫情期间停课不停学的背景下,虚拟仿真实验已经成为高等教育信息化的重要内容和实验教学中的重要组成部分,各大高校的虚拟仿真实验平台也取得了丰厚的成果。设立虚拟仿真实验项目不仅为传统实验教学增添了新的活力,丰富了实验形式和教学内容;而且还不受空间与时间限制,顺应了绿色化学理念,扩展了学生在该学科领域的科学视野。该文以合成具有优异电致化学发光性质的Al(III)-Cbatpy金属有机凝胶,构建灵敏检测多巴胺的生物传感器为例,设计了虚拟仿真实验项目,介绍了此项目在设计上相较以往虚拟实验项目的完善与突破,帮助学生更好熟悉和学习电致化学发光实验原理与操作,同时让学生了解科学前沿,接受科学启蒙。In the context of suspending classes without suspending learning during the pandemic,virtual simulation experiment has become an important content of higher education informatization and a crucial part of experimental teaching,and the virtual simulation experiment platform of various universities has also achieved rich results.The establishment of virtual simulation experiment not only brings new vitality to the traditional experimental teaching,but also enriches the experimental form and teaching content;moreover,it is not limited by space and time,which conforms to the concept of green chemistry and expands students'scientific vision in this subject field.In this paper,the synthesis of Al(III)-Cbatpy metal-organic gel with excellent electrochemiluminescence properties and the construction of a sensitive dopamine detection biosensor were taken as examples.The virtual simulation experiment project was designed,and the improvement and breakthrough of this project compared with the previous virtual experiment project were introduced,hoping to help students better understand and learn the principle and operation of electrochemiluminescence experiment,and at the same time let students understand the frontier of science and accept the enlightenment of science.
