摘  要:综述了钛丝光沸石即MOR拓扑结构钛硅分子筛(Ti-MOR)的制备方法及催化应用的研究进展。合成方法的选择直接影响骨架钛的化学状态和液相氧化催化活性。因Ti-MOR分子筛具备孤立四配位状态的骨架钛物种、12元环大孔结构和廉价的制备成本,Ti-MOR分子筛在催化酮醛类氨肟化反应和大分子芳香烃羟化反应中显示优于传统MFI拓扑结构的钛硅杂原子分子筛(TS-1)的催化活性与工业应用前景。此外,通过调控钛催化活性中心的化学微环境、降低孔道内传质阻力可进一步提升Ti-MOR分子筛在液相催化氧化反应中的活性与稳定性。Recent progress in the preparation and catalytic applications of mordenite(MOR)-type titanosilicate(Ti-MOR)is reviewed.The chemical states of incorporated Ti species and catalytic activity of Ti-MOR depend on the synthetic methods.Benefiting from the highly isolated tetrahedrally coordinated Ti species,12-membered ring large-pore channels and low-cost synthesis,Ti-MOR catalyst demonstrates attractive catalytic properties and promising industrialization potential superior to conventional Titanium-silicalite-1(TS-1)in the ammoximation of aldehydes and ketones as well as the hydroxylation of aromatics.The activity and stability of Ti-MOR in liquid-phase oxidation reactions could be further promoted by modifying the micro-environment of Ti active sites and releasing the diffusion constraints.
