中国内地某市中小学生2022年心理健康现状分析——一项基于真实数据的筛查报告回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的通过了解在校小学四年级到高三年级中小学生的心理健康总体现状,评估学生心理健康水平。方法采用中国中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)对全市小学四年级以上学生,初中生(职业技术学校学生)及高中生进行大样本心理健康筛查。结果总体测评结果显示,学生心理健康正常人数为124749名(73.70%),异常人数为44521名(26.30%)。异常人数中存在轻度心理健康问题为35215名(20.80%),中等程度心理健康问题为8178名(4.83%),存在较重心理健康问题为1053名(0.52%),存在严重心理健康问题为75名(0.04%)。不同学习阶段、不同年级、不同学段公立私立学校学生心理健康状况分布均有差别。女生MSSNHS总分及各因子分均高于男生(P<0.01)。结论通过测评,可以帮助学校老师、家长和学生本人了解存在的问题,从心理和行为等方面进行疏导、干预,甚至药物有效治疗;建立学生心理健康档案,提升该市学生整体心理健康水平。Objective By understanding the overall mental health status in students from 4 th grade of primary schools to 3 rd grade of high schools,this study aims to assess the mental health levels of students,provide scientific data,and offer a reference to accurately understand the psychological status of students in schools,which will also make the psychological health education more targeted.Methods This study using group testing method selected students from grade four in primary schools,secondary schools,and vocational technical schools,to conduct a large-scale mental health screening through Mental Health Scale for Middle School Students(MSSMHS).The data collected was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 software.Results A total of 169270 valid data were collected,with 88991 boys and 80279 girls.The grade span covered grade four of primary schools to grade three of high schools.The overall evaluation showed that 124749 students(73.70%)had normal mental health,while 44521(26.30%)had some mental disorders.Of those with mental disorders,35215(20.80%)had mild mental disorders,8178(4.83%)had moderate mental disorders,1053(0.52%)had serious mental disorders,and 75(0.04%)had severe mental disorders.Students with serious and severe mental disorders tended to have more problems in anxiety,academic stress,and depression.The descending sort of proportions of students with serious and severe mental disorders was junior high schools>senior high schools>primary schools.Students in grade one and grade two of junior high schools tended to have serious and severe mental disorders.In terms of public versus private schools,in primary and junior high schools the proportions of students with mental disorders in public schools were higher than those in private schools;in senior high schools,the proportion of students with mental disorders in private schools was higher than that in pubic schools.There existed significant differences in mental health status among students at different learning stages,different grades,and different pu
