摘　　要：目的通过在试点地区开展心理咨询服务机构量化评级管理,探索在各地区心理咨询服务机构中开展卫生监督量化评级管理的可行性。方法对潍坊市参与卫生监督量化评分的194家心理咨询服务机构采用平均数、构成比等进行统计描述分析。结果经过评分,获得A级的心理咨询服务机构为8.25%,B级的机构为9.79%,C级的机构为49.48%,不予评级的机构为32.48%;从地区来看,各县市区心理咨询服务机构量化评级结果具有差异性;从机构类别来看,非医疗卫生机构优于医疗卫生机构,专业公共卫生机构评估结果较好,基层医疗卫生机构较差。结论潍坊市心理咨询服务机构还有很大发展空间。实施量化评级管理对促进该地区机构发展有积极作用,同时也对该地区机构发展提出了严格要求。政府应当加大对社区卫生服务中心、卫生院的投入,对服务内容进行合理规划,同时促进不同行政区划的机构协调发展。Objective To explore the feasibility of carrying out quantitative rating management of health supervision in psychological counseling service institutions in various regions through carrying out quantitative rating management of psychological counseling service institutions in pilot areas.Methods The average and constituent ratio of 194 psychological counseling service institutions in Weifang city were used for statistical description and analysis.Results After scoring,8.25%of the psychological counseling service institutions obtained grade A,9.79%getting grade B,49.48%receiving grade C,and 32.48%unrated.In terms of regions,the quantitative rating results of psychological counseling service institutions in different counties and urban areas were different.From the perspective of institution categories,non-medical and health institutions showed better quantitative rating result than medical and health institutions;professional public health institutions had better evaluation results,and primary medical and health institutions showed worse results.Conclusion Psychological counseling service institutions in Weifang still have great development space.The implementation of quantitative rating management plays a positive role in promoting the development of institutions,but also puts forward strict requirements for developing institutions in this region.The government should increase the investment in community health service centers and health centers,properly plan the service content,and promote the coordinated development of institutions of different administrative divisions.
