摘 要:分别使用无氰体系和氰化物体系在不同高强钢表面电镀Cd-Ti合金。对比了两种体系Cd-Ti合金镀层的外观、结合力、耐蚀性和钛含量,以及两种电镀工艺对高强钢基体氢脆性的影响。结果表明,无氰电镀Cd-Ti合金镀层的外观、结合力和耐蚀性均与氰化物电镀Cd-Ti合金镀层相当,且对基体氢脆性无影响,说明该无氰体系可替代氰化物体系用于高强钢电镀Cd-Ti合金。Cadmium-titanium alloy electroplating was conducted on different high-strength steels in cyanide-free and cyanide-based baths,respectively.The appearance,adhesion,corrosion resistance,and titanium content of Cd-Ti alloy coatings electroplated from both baths were compared.The effect of Cd-Ti alloy electroplating on the hydrogen embrittle�ment of substrate was studied.The results showed that the appearance,adhesion,and corrosion resistance of Cd-Ti alloy coating electroplated from a cyanide-free bath were equivalent to those of the coatings electroplated from a cyanide-based bath.The Cd-Ti alloy electroplating in cyanide-free bath had no influence on the hydrogen embrittlement of high-strength steel substrate.The cyanide-free bath can be applied as a substitute for the cyanide-based bath for Cd-Ti alloy electroplating.
