摘  要:为了解决传统的C7701锌白铜卷材除油、去污前处理工艺存在的环境污染、过程管控困难等缺点,开发了一种不含磷的弱碱性除油液来对C7701锌白铜板材进行阴极电化学除油。研究了阴极电流密度、温度、波美度和处理时间对除油效果的影响,得到较佳的工艺条件为:阴极电流密度2.2 A/dm2,温度65°C,波美度10°Bé,时间42 s。在最佳工艺条件下可有效去除C7701锌白铜板材表面的油污,而且不腐蚀基材。该工艺的废水中不含磷,锌含量低于1 mg/L。To overcome the disadvantages(such as environmental pollution and difficult process control)of traditional pretreatment for C7701 zinc-doped white copper alloy coil,a phosphorus-free alkaline degreaser was developed and applied to the cathodic electrodegreasing of C7701 sheet.The effects of cathodic current density,temperature,specific gravity of electrolyte in Bauméscale,and degreasing time on the degreasing effectiveness were studied,and the optimal process conditons were determined as follows:cathodic current density 2.2 A/dm²,temperature 65℃,specific gravity of electrolyte 10°Bé,and time 42 s.The grease on C7701 substrate could be removed completely without any corrosion.The effluent from the electrodegreasing process is phosphorus-free and contains lower than 1 mg/L of zinc.
