摘　　要：介绍不锈钢冷轧带钢表面油污的种类及性质,分析脱脂工艺机理。以某不锈钢冷轧带钢脱脂工艺流程为例,分析影响脱脂清洗效果的因素,指出加强脱脂效果的方法。This paper introduces the types and properties of grease contamination on the surface of the cold rolled stainless steel strip,analyzes the mechanism of the degreasing process,and takes the degreasing process of a certain cold rolled stainless steel strip as example to analyze the factors affecting the degreasing effect and proposes the method to improve the effect of degreasing.
